STATEMENT FROM
KARL GERBER
In my years as a lawyer for
employees I have represented a lot of different employees
working in many different industries. This has enabled me
to understand how a lot of different types of businesses
operate. However, I feel I have experience others do not have
in the following industries: construction, emergency rescue
& confined spaces, farming, healthcare (including
hospitals), hospitality (motels, hotels), janitorial, oil
drilling and services, restaurants, security, and warehouse
operations. In recent years I have tried cases for RN nurses,
phlebotomists, directional drillers, concrete crews, oil and
gas workers.
